Alexandria Township Awarded $50,000.00 grant from Hunterdon County

Alexandria Township has been awarded a $50,000.00 grant from Hunterdon County for park improvements of existing park infrastructure. The Township submitted a proposal to expand the upper parking lot at the park near the playground, basketball courts, and soccer/lacrosse fields for safety. This will allow visitors to park closer to these amenities without crossing the park roads and permit more parking for visitors during busier times of the year.
